Studio Policies
The studio runs for ten months from September to June. Tuition fees should be paid in ten post-dated cheques post-marked to the first of each month. Full year payments are also accepted . Those who do not wish to give ten post-dated cheques or do not pay by the first of each month through cash or debit will be charged
a $10.00 per month processing fee.
All NSF cheques will be charge $45.00. Dancer's holding delinquent accounts that are not paid within two weeks will not be able to participate in class until account is updated.

Costume Down Payment
$50.00 per dance form are due with September 1st payment ( Non-Refundable). The balance ( not to extend $50.00 excluding tax) will be paid before receiving costumes in March or April when the costumes are ready. All costumes balances owing after January 1st of the new year ar the responsibility of the client as recital numbers are in place and customers costumes have been pre-ordered.

Withdrawal Policy
Office must be notified 5 business days prior to the first of the month of withdrawal from class either by phone calls, e-mail or letter, in order to receive refund for the upcoming month and remainder of cheques. If withdrawal after payment of due date, loss of that months fees will occur. Balance of cheques will be returned.

Studio Holidays
Thnaksgiving Monday, Halloween, Christmas Vacation ( 2 weeks ), March Break (2nd or 3rd week in March), Family Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Victoria Day - Dates to follow in newsletter.

Professional Year End Show
BASIC ATTITUDE annually holds a year end show performance on the last Saturday in June. The show is held at the Wilfred Laurier University Studio Theatre. All students from beginner to advanced levels will perform in the show....tickets are sold at the studio and go on sale early May.
Theatre policy is that all audience members must purchase a ticket to watch the show this includes babes in arms.
Tickets are $22.00 + HST per person

Year End Show Specials
Picture Day is held late May early June. No obligation.
Fred's Photography
DVD's are also available for purchase. No obligation.

Newsletters & Informations
Newsletters will be sent home periodically along with your child or through email regarding studio holidays, costumes, pictures, upcoming events, year end show, etc. Newsletters will be placed up on the studio news board fro any updated information or on our website under EXPRESS YOUR ATTITUDE - NEWS. Please check you child's dance bag for newsletters and your e-mail so that you are aware of any of these studio concerns . Above all, any questions may be answered by asking your teacher, our studio secretary, or a quick call to the studio or e-mail. BASIC ATTITUDE wants to make your stay with us an enjoyable one as well as and informed one!
